Blips News aggregates articles, videos, and reels from third-party sources and adds AI-generated summaries and chat. These terms explain the boundaries around that service and your use of it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blips News mobile application and this website (collectively, the "Service"). Blips News is operated by Husni Consulting Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blips News. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Service description
Blips News is a news feed application that aggregates links and metadata from third-party sources (including news sites and YouTube channels), may display embedded YouTube playback and ad placements in some app experiences, and provides AI-generated summaries and an AI chat feature to help you understand and discuss the content.
Third-party content
- All articles, videos, and reels displayed in Blips News are owned by their respective publishers and are subject to their terms and copyright.
- Blips News provides links, metadata, and summaries. It does not claim ownership of third-party content.
- Some videos and reels are played through embedded YouTube players. Your use of embedded YouTube content may also be subject to YouTube's terms, privacy policy, and community rules.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party content.
- When you open an external link, the third party's terms and privacy policy apply.
AI-generated content
Blips News uses artificial intelligence (powered by Mistral AI and OpenAI) to generate article summaries, conversation starters, and chat responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated summaries and responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. They are provided for informational convenience only.
- AI output should not be relied upon as a substitute for reading the original source material.
- Chat conversations are processed by third-party AI providers. Do not share sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in chat messages.
- We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of AI features.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other security measures.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service in violation of third-party rights.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal app usage.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Blips News app, its design, code, and branding are the property of Husni Consulting Inc. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we collect and how we use it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Husni Consulting Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Husni Consulting Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
